Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bestar account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping cartons to prevent damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of each box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off or Schedule Pickup
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our support team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
